Complete QB Road Diary - Day 1 - Lexington, KY - June 11, 2010

Day One of the Complete QB Mini Tour started today. We are in Lexington, Kentucky at Lexington Catholic High School. It was a great day even with 90 degree weather and thunderstorms at the end of Camp today. Above is a picture of Coach Johnston teaching the Complete QB Campers the proper and efficient way to throw the football.

Complete QB Road Dairy - Day 1- Thursday, June 11, 2009

The Journey Begins:
The Complete QB 2009 Camp tour started at 1:30 am when I met up with Coach Johnston in Brooklyn, NY. I hopped in his car and we drove to Jersey City, NJ to meet Coach Ryan O'Flaherty and Coach Enrique "Buff" Pizarro in front of Hudson Catholic High School.
From there we proceeded to Newark Airport to catch a 5:05 am flight to Lexington, KY. Upon arriving at the airport we found out our flight got canceled. As Louisville is 70 miles away from Lexington, we rerouted and flew into Louisville and rented a car and drive for the hour and a half hour drive. We all agreed it was better than hanging out in the airport all day.
We arrived in Lexington at 11 am and went straight to Lexington Catholic High School which is the site of the Lexington, KY Complete QB Camp. We met up with Coach Mike Engler, Coach Nigel Smith, and others. We ended the night with a good meal and the Kentucky State High School Baseball playoffs which unfortunately got delayed due to thunderstorms.

Registration Fee Information:
$200 - All Campers (Grades 5-12)

All Campers receive a Complete QB T-shirt and Quarterback Manual!!!

Register early for all Camps!!!
Walk-in registrations are accepted on the first day of Camp, but with an added administrative fee of $40.

The Complete QB Mansfield, MA Quarterback Development Camp will be held on Saturday, July 25 and Sunday, July 26, 2009 at Mansfield High School!!!
The Complete QB Lexington, KY Quarterback Development Camp will be held on Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Lexington Catholic High School!!!
